Doing the right thing, without fuss.

The way they cleared up without fuss and took responsibility when a small problem with a windscreen wiper damaged the windscreen as I drove away from their showroom tells me that they are the sort of company that would do the right thing, even if left them out of pocket. The resulting scratch could not be polished out so they replaced the windscreen. Next time I'm looking for a secondhand car I'll probably start by looking what they have in stock. Mr. S. Blackburn.

Simon, who runs the company with Peter, was extremely helpful and unintimidating. He doesn't do sales pitch, just leaves the cars to speak for themselves. I've had my car for just over a month, so early days, but the impression given is that they only deal in cars that are sound and good value. Because they are a bit off the beaten track, their prices are lower than more prominently placed car dealers. The company inspires confidence, which I hope my lovely new purchase will justify. It should perhaps be mentioned that they only give one month's guarantee, but I had a small problem with one of the car keys during that period and it was fixed immediately and without hesitation.
